      Will I get motion sickness?

Unlike other Virtual Reality experiences that you may have tried before, Our virtual worlds are stationary. There is no movement within the game that would not naturally occur in real life, eliminating the disconnect in your equilibrium that typically causes VR sickness. While we cannot 100% guarantee that you will not get sick, we have never had a guest get VR sickness in our games.

How do people avoid running into each other or into walls?

You will be able to see your friends in the game, much as you would in real life, though you will look like a character in the game, not your real self. Using the highest technology in computer tracking, cameras are capturing your movement and allowing you to see where everyone else is in the game, matching up your position in the real world. There are also clear boundaries within the game alerting you before you leave the play area. As long as you pay attention and follow the instructions, your experience will be safe.

How do you clean and sanitize your equipment?

All of our equipment is sanitized between each player, including headsets, lenses and hand pieces. We use a skin-safe disinfectant.

How many people can play at once?

Up to 6 players can fit into one space at a time. Our standard online booking will allow you to schedule up to 6 players.

      Can I play by myself?

All of our games are multiplayer games, and you need other people to complete some of the tasks. All rooms can be successfully completed with a minimum of 2 players. But more is better!

      How long are the games?

All of our escape rooms have a play time of 45 minutes.(unless you escape early)There is additional time in setting up, receiving instructions, and in the after game debrief, so plan on about an hour. Laser bots is a shorter, 10 minute puzzle game.

I own a VR headset, can't I just play this at home?

In short, no. Our games are not your at-home VR experience. Without high end gaming equipment, you would be unable to set up a free roam arena with your consumer headsets. Our games are also not available to consumers. Come in to try it - you'll see why it's a step above your average VR experience.

What if we are late for our appointment?

If you arrive late, we will do our best to get you into your game as quickly as possible for the max amount of game time, though your play time may need to be reduced so as to not overlap with the next guest. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to make sure that you get the most out of your experience.
