Where can I find the waiver?
You can fill out our waiver online by clicking here. If you prefer, we will have waivers available in person as you check-in for your booking.
When should I arrive?
You should arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. If you run late you will lose your time slot and there are no refunds or rescheduling options for being late.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes, The Zombie Panic room Is 14 and older, Chloe is 16 and older. If anyone younger then the required age wants to participate you have to book all the spots in the rooms.
Can I Book a Group Session?
To reserve an entire session for your group, you need to purchase all the tickets to the show time. Contact us if you cannot find an available room.
